Kelly grew up in Portland where she continues to live today. She knows the neighborhoods and works with both condo and residential buyers. Kelly previews property daily, knows the inventory, and is aware of the latest market conditions.
In her spare time, Kelly enjoys hiking, biking, and working out. Also, she loves to travel.
John Becker, Principal Broker
John's works with both buyers and sellers with a strong focus on condominium sales. He also handles many of the behind-the-scenes activities of the team in the areas of marketing and technology.
In his spare time John enjoys exercise, theatrical performances, photography, scuba diving, and monitoring his home-based weather station - The West Hills Weathercam.
Kate Kennedy, Broker & Buying Specialist
Kate joined the team in 2011 working closely with Dianne as a Buyer Specialist. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she served as a Project Engineer in the construction industry. Kate is uniquely qualifed in the area of sustainable construction solutions, planning, and design. She grew up in Portland, attended local high school, and loves living in her SE Portland condo.
In her spare time Kate enjoys long distance running, energy conservation, college football, and supports the University of Michigan Alumni Association.
